Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking.
An enquiry does not guarantee accommodation, availability, itinerary details, transport, experiences, services, or pricing.
Final arrangements may be subject to availability, supplier terms, payment requirements, cancellation conditions, and other booking terms provided separately.
3. Travel Planning
Information such as travel dates, traveller numbers, interests, preferences, budget, and contact details may be used to help our team and our travel partner, Overa Tours understand your requirements.
Itineraries, recommendations, quotations, availability, and booking information may be provided separately after your enquiry has been reviewed.
4. SMS Messaging Program
Ceylon Eco Resorts may offer optional SMS communications.
If you separately opt in to non-marketing SMS communications, you may receive messages relating to your travel enquiry, trip planning, customer support, booking information, service updates, and other transactional communications.

Ceylon Eco Resorts [PVT] Limited shares your travel enquiry information only with Overa Tours, our travel partner, and with nobody else for travel planning or arrangements. We do not share it directly with other travel providers or third parties.
Overa Tours manages the arrangements for your journey and is responsible for explaining any third-party involvement or onward sharing of information in its own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
